Neyret to acquire Seram.

France-based decoration company for the luxury-goods industry Neyret is to acquire Seram, the decoration, branding and gift producer for lingerie, beauty and wine industries. Neyret says the deals will create the world’s leading company in textile and multi-material decoration.
